Claudia, Paris and Mark have went above and beyond to take care of us!!! Their knowledge and appreciation for their customers is top notch!!! Walked in and they fixed my problem asap. Great service. I am a complete novice with bikes, not once did I feel talked down to or that my entry level bike wasn't adequate. I will be back.
