RecommendedI’ve never had a poor experience. No matter what type bike or what year of bike I bring in they are always helpful in fulfilling my needs. Sure at times they are busy and I don’t get waited on right away but it’s worth my time to wait. So glad they are gathering volunteers to put some more trails in Joplin for additional places to ride

Mark is awesome. I have purchased 2 new MTB’s here. I keep coming back because of the great customer service. Mark and his team will take Care of you after your purchase. They give honest advice and don’t try to up sell you, they will make the best fit possible for your wallet and for your needs or wants. I love them so much, I have 3 bikes in the shop getting tweaked on now.
