I hate to write a local business a bad recommendation, but I have had the worst experience with this shop. I know a business cant always make everyone happy, but Blues hasn't even tried. I'm always promised a call back, but I never get one. Blues has had my bike for several months now, and after a lot of money spent, they told me today (after we called them of course) to pick the bike up and take it somewhere else. That is exactly what I'll do, and I hope others will learn from my experience too.
RecommendedI just popped in and they jumped right in and adjusted my shifter cables and got me fixed right up. I'm a customer for life.

Once again I messed up my bike really bad. (The problem is that I neglected regular maintenance.) The wheels locked up at the end of a ride. I might have rolled in the asphalt but I was lucky. And once again the crew at Blues Bike fixed it up better than when it was new! Yes it runs better then when it was new. Another thing that was a pleasant surprise was that, even though they had to order parts, I was back up and running in 3 days!!! (How do you guys do that?)
