My stepchild was sent to this facility by UNC health due to being bipolar. If I could give neg. stars, I would. The staff will hardly return calls, however when they call and you miss a call for any reason, they threaten to call CPS on you for abandonment. Our child was a challenge with Bipolar/ADHD, he even wanted to go to Blue Rock. I will admit that it looked nice when we arrived, staff was friendly, we had high hopes, but the staff was not so helpful in the whole process.
