Our experience with BluePrint Realty, LLC involved Mr. Oliver Tolentino and Mr. Franklin Liu. Beware of the dealings of Liu. He filed a frivolous lawsuit against an ex-owner of a house in Nevada. The house passed a 2017 inspection and Liu signed off on it. House was occupied by Liu’s client for two years. He then sold the house but attempted to recover costs for alleged roof damages from the previous owner.
