I got so angry...they hold you hostage with the almighty $. They wanted $5000.00 just to watch my gal overnight, and another &5000.00 for surgery. The tech knew it was outrageous for she kept her thumb over the amount. Total lack of compassion and total corporate medicine. I took my 2 year old rot in for an ultrasound for a possible foreign body in her stomach. She had been sick for three days with vomiting...hadn’t eaten. Unfortunately this place has extremely poor communication on all ends. We asked the vet tech to please not do a fast scan after being placed back in a room & going over the issue with our dog at hand. Randomly while waiting for the vet to come, they came into our room & said, " The vet wants to see your dog for a quick rectal exam." And we asked, "is that it?" & she said yes. Our dog came back after said exam & shortly after the vet came in as well. He then said, "I did a fast scan & nothing was there, and a rectal as well".... read more
