The staff and doctors were very nice, helpful and comforting with my grieving. They explained each step and showed empathy.
Their medical error lead to the death of a beloved French bulldog. She suffered multiple cardiac arrests. Beware! Do not entrust your beloved family member’s care to this practice.
This practice needs to be SHUT DOWN!! Incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional people!! Killing healthy pets and overcharging people!! I had a really bad experience here with my french bulldog saying that My dog needed a 10k surgery or she wouldn't walk again, well let me tell you that we went to other practice and she didn't even get surgery only some PT and she was back to walking again!! And now what happened with Chloe is unacceptable! Please DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!
Second time I've used BluePearl to bring in my dog, and both times they have been exceptionally wonderful. The staff is courteous and friendly. The care they gave to my dog was excellent. Luckily I've only had to use them twice, as both times, my dog got sick suddenly and needed to be seen ASAP. I would recommend Blue Pearl Downtown to anyone! Thank you!
