The staff took my dog right into a room before even checking us in. They were very nice and compassionate, gave me a quote before doing any tests/treatments, and took my thoughts into consideration as well. My dog went in very sick and left feeling so much better.
BluePearl offers outstanding emergency and specialty care in Brooklyn. They're open 24 hours 7 days. Their staff have always been extremely good in terms of surgery and post operative care. They've looked after both our dogs on many occasions, we trust them with our four legged family and they've always delivered excellent care.
This place was a life saver for my cat Bugsy! They where so kind they took him right away. They kept him for few days we where allowed to visit him too. but when got home within days he was getting better and is doing so much better now!! Thank you so much to all the doctors and nurses that took care of him.
Excellent treatment and customer service! My cat had been suffering from a eye ulcer. After going to our family vet for several visits, I went to BluePearl and was referred to their ophthalmologist Dr. Paige Evans. She diagnosed the problem and his eye finally healed.
Vets here are the best. Friendly, attentive and extremely professional.
My little kitty was referred to blue pearl because he had to get surgery (FHO). Dr. Llacona is great! He has been so helpful at explaining everything and always answering my worried cat mom emails! They're very knowledgeable and easy to schedule to get in for an appointment. Just make sure you have pet insurance as they're very expensive! But well worth it!
Just called to book an appointment and the receptionist was very rude. I don't like being talked down to. We are going ahead with the appointment but lets hope the care is better than the customer service.
I bring my dog here all the time. All the doctors, vet techs, and receptionists are kind, curdious, and caring. Highly recommended!
