RecommendedI'm owner of friends forever pet crematory and memorial center in ewing nj. When I arrived to pick up a dog named Nala that passed away Nicole at the front desk was so nice and helpful in getting me a spot to park and assisted me where to go . When I went upstairs to transfer Nala the staff and doctors were very nice as well and were in full operation upstairs making sure everyone's pets were being cared for. Doctor Goodman was very helpful. He took his time and approach to our dog’s problem was very thoughtful.
For specialty and emergency care, we go nowhere else but BP. They took care of our Jack during a cardiac crisis in emergency care, then rushed him to BP Manhattan for more specialized care under Dr Singletary. They helped us through the most trying time, and supported us through our dog’s final moments. We will always be indebted to them for making sure Jack didn’t suffer and was always under the best care. We continue to use BP for our other dog as well, for neurology and cardiac care. The worst animal hospital everrrr they use the donations there to buy donuts and coffee and not help animals that need care they refer them to ASPCA
Where to begin?!?! Dr. Joyce is the most wonderful veterinarian!!! She is part of the emergency staff -\-\- not only is she kind, caring and thorough but I feel she really went above and beyond for our dog. She has an amazing bedside manner and really helped to explain everything that was happening so that we felt comfortable, not only with the procedure, but also with all of the follow up care needed for our special dog.
