There is a veterinarian shortage in my city (I later learned it is nation wide) so I drove 70 miles to have my dog’s eye infection treated. Everyone was pleasant, concerned and professional. The fees were not out of line and so worth my baby’s health. Thank you Dr Dodi!
Blue Pearl Mudered my Baby Boy Cat!! 4/16 He was there for a routine IV. The vet techs thought he was aggressive, and gave him Anethesia shot...then followed that with Anethesia Gas, which caused my sweet baby to have a HEART ATTACK AND DIE!! As I held my lifeless Baby Boy, while crying my eyes out the Office Manager, came in and demanded payment!! Thier CEO later Admitted to their "Mistake/Negligence" and said he was Sorry!!
We took our 15 month old dog (Sloan) to an eye doctor because she had a red eye and swollen glands under her jaw. The eye doctor was “Eye Care for Animals in North Scottsdale”. Immediately the Vet said that my dogs issue was not her eye and that she was very sick. The took a sample of lump under her jaw and sent it off and referred us to the animal hospital next door. The WORST place to go, especially for end of life care! They FAKE clay paw prints and overcharge you to cremate your beloved pet so they can NEVER make it right! Go anywhere else! I'm a certified professional in the field, trust me when I tell you that they are the worst and any other place would be a better choice.
At a facility caring for ill, you'd think people have empathy. NO. I CARRIED MY BABY, HURT BADLY AND WAS ESCORTED. I think offering support means you offer solutions. I couldn't prepay $900 - nobody offered any other options - not even to put him out of pain...JUST TO ESCORT ME. Do you see the problem in that? Place is a rip off. Went on a Saturday because my regular Vet was closed. Hope did an exam, told me the dog needed surgery soon. About $400.00 for the exam. No wonder when I googled Hope, most of the hits were about pet insurance.
Worst experience we've ever had at a vet , these people are the most unsympathetic people to the family's of the furry family members , heartless and only worried about payment not the care of the pets you bring in . They left our dig in a room in an emergency situation for an hour and a half with us never coming in to check on him in that time we had to go out several times to come check on him . Probably the absolute worst customer service I have ever had, in anything, in my life. Beyond horrible. We have a Shih tzu with Cushings disease and significant weight loss . Our regular vet advised us today, on a Sunday, to go to Blue Pearl in Atlanta as they were the best and had vet specialists available. We arrived at the Howel Mill location at 6:10 p.m. The initial front desk persons was friendly and professional. After about 30 minutes we were placed in a room and told the vet would be in shortly. Zero stars. Our dog was discharged home after blood work and X-rays were “normal.” She continued to decline. I requested copies of blood work and saw that some levels were elevated, took her back (huge mistake) and requested an ultrasound. They found a foreign object in her intestines. She was “babysat” for 3 more days-given fluids and sedative. She saw 5! veterinarians during her stay. All said surgery was NOT warranted despite her vomiting and painful abdomen.
