It is usually good service. The sales person had the door locked, she saw me and asked me to wait but apparently I wasn’t important enough for her to open the door because she started doing something else when she could have made a sale as I knew what I was there for. However waiting even longer than I did would have caused me to miss my train. I thought the customer comes first?
First time at this location and Danielle was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Absolutely great customer service. I told her my skincare needs and she pointed me in the right direction. I had purchased the M-61 PowerSpot Pads and I’ve noticed a Improvement on my skin. Will definitely be back to try the full product line. Thanks again
I had such a great experience at the Blue Mercury at Union Station. The person who has working on Mon (9/23) around 5PM was SO kind and helpful locating some options for me and making fun conversation. Seriously awesome human being. I rarely go into these kinds of stores because they can be kind of intimidating, but this experience was different and wonderful. Thank you :)
It's great that there's a clean beauty shop in a convenient place, but staff here are not friendly or very knowledgeable.
