Very rude and snobby staff. I walked in the store and they all stood there and looked me up and down. I had to ask for help and no one volunteered so I chose someone. She was very reluctant to help me find a replacement for a foundation that I purchased online. There were so many sales people standing around you’d think one of them wanted to make a sale. Not only are the women at Blue Mercury savvy when it comes to selecting the best cosmetics and skin care for me, they make the process fun. No pressure. No criticisms. Just help.
