Had the best experience today when I went in to buy a few candles for a friend gift! The area manager, Christie couldn’t have been more helpful. I’m so grateful for her guidance on a better product than what I had gone in for! My friends love their candles!!

My goodness! Just called and tried to schedule a makeover and the staff was insanely rude. Told me it was a flat fee of $90. I would have gladly paid this because I looking for some new products but her attitude was one of contempt toward me. So I just said thanks so much I am going to call around elsewhere and her response “mm.k.” Honestly so disappointing.

The staff at Bluemercury Cathedral Commons are truly wonderful—always so welcoming and gracious to me and my high-energy, makeup-enthusiast toddler. We visit often, and it feels so special to share our love of skincare and makeup in such a warm environment. Thank you, Daniel and team, for making both me and my daughter feel so loved and valued every time we walk through the door. We are so grateful!
