Great products - the staff here in Studio City treated me like a peasant when I asked about a perfume “oh that’s ones over $400.” Regardless if I can or can’t afford it - it was a Pretty Woman response . We don’t treat people like that. Extremely dismissive, unhelpful, rude and condescending. (The irony being that I was wearing one of many multiple ‘over $400 / bottle ‘ scents . This store is so unwelcoming and impolite! When we came in, ONE person came to help and the rest of the ladies were giving us looks and gossiping behind the counter. Even the one person who helped us seemed to lose interest in us and helped someone else. Honestly, the customer service disgusts me. You should treat customers with respect and kindness, and instead, we got looks and attitudes from employees. Trust me, you’re better off ordering online at this rate. Do better!

Liz & the whole team here are amazing. Great location too. I walked in last week and only one person was working and she greeted me & helped out everyone in the store quickly and awesomely. So knowledgeable too. And Liz just ordered an out of stock online product for me and had it delivered to my house! I really like the studio city BM team! Thank you ladies!!!
