Michelle saved my compromised skin and is hands down the store’s greatest asset. They did not have the product I came in for but she recommended an even better one for the same price and added samples. Her help changed everything. Goodbye Sephora.

I'm absolutely clueless when it comes to most makeup. When I had a laser treatment to my face that left me with dark and obvious bruising, I went to the Blue Mercury on P Street to try to find some serious makeup to cover up the bruising. I like this store a lot as it carries all my favorite brands and always has something new to try out. But the service here has gone downhill so much in recent years. Recently I had a visit that felt insulting at the store. The salesperson Taleba was just standing silently watch me look for products without offering any help, gave me minimum verbal communication when I made the purchase and didn’t say anything when I thanked her.
