Have worked on two projects with IVAN. Had a plan in place from last year. He fit us in as a crew was available on short notice. On the first project, one shrub had to be replaced as it didn't make it through a difficult winter. He replaced the plant, no question. Most recent project included some new plantings and many existing hostas had to be split and moved. His men did an outstanding job. Last September. 2019, I requested an estimate for a large project that we were planning for the spring. The estimator, Jim, said he would email an estimate in a few days. After many days I tried to email Jim for an answer. No response for that or the rest of my emails last fall.
