If i could give a 0 I would., I was here last year with the pool didn't open until after the 4th of july. this year our pool wasn't opened until late may *when the rest of their properties were opened in march.* this year it opened then they let all the water drain out and claim that there is a leak in the bottom drain and they do not have an ETA for repair. People in my complex (Vantage Point) are treated like shit because they know we can't afford legal help. This place is a joke. Bugs. Broken pool. Rude employees. I do not recommend renting from this property management company, they can't even figure out how to keep water in our pool.
I like it that you pussies took down my review so I'll post it again. BLUE LINE PROPERTIES ARE TRASH!!! Do not rent from these losers they don't care about the grounds or the tenants. In 5/12 I came from Las Vegas to rent an apartment in Denver for 8/1/12. I put in a credit app and deposit on a one bedroom from the Cherry Creek Place (a Blue Line Property). I received an email on their website welcoming me to their apartment community for a year lease beginning 8/1/12. I shipped boxes and moved to Boulder in mid July to prepare to take my apt. 8/1. Great Staff, Large Units, Excellent Location and Price – Cherry Creek Place has been a good experience in the short time I've lived here @ Blueline Properties. The staff is fast, efficient, knowledgeable and doesn't waste time responding to needs like broken disposal or window locks, even down to paint and duct covers. More so than efficiency, all staff, regardless of position is always friendly and wiling to help; even if busy. The lobby, halls and laundry room are always clean.
