I had two very different experiences with BlueLine, one positive, the other negative. I would probably contact them again in an emergency, but with the knowledge that they may leave me hanging. (Not a good thing when you're dealing with an emergency.) I contacted BlueLine for a mold inspection from a roof leak. They were prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable at this point. A flood can be catastrophic, devastating and exhausting; both physically and mentally. Upon my arrival at work one morning, I discovered that a water supply line had broken in my building and my business was flooded. Great company to work with!!. They are very professional, transparent with everything they do, on time, respectful, friendly, very attentive with communication and when it comes to breaking down and cleaning up, they do an excellent job :) I highly recommend!!!!

I don’t even know where to start. I had an emergency that required assistance and luckily I was pointed to this company. My sump pump failed, and my basement had a full low level coat of water all over.
