These guys are the absolute worst. There has been zero communication with the actual company, only a 3rd party answering service. No “emergency” on their part. We had to wait for 2 weeks, only for them to “forget” to call us and tell us they can’t make it to our house today and they won’t be able to make it out for another two weeks. We have 3 sick mold-allergic people in the house with nowhere to go. Don’t waste your time with them.

BlueLine removed widespread mold from my attic in tough conditions of blown-in insulation, low clearances and incomplete attic floors. They also repaired my ventilation to keep the mold from coming back. They were friendly, professional and efficient throughout the whole process despite how grueling of a job it was. I'd highly recommend them for mold removal.

We are happy to leave a 5-Star review for BlueLine! We had water in our basement late one night and BlueLine sent somebody over early the next morning to take a look. The crew was pleasant, professional, and helped reduce the stress of the situation. Sara took our call and was very helpful. I worked with Jamie on the paperwork side and he was very pleasant to work with along with being understanding as well. Great team all around!

Then whole experience with Blue Line, from the first phone call to the completed job was smooth and professional. I appreciate the fine job they did with our remediation and their attention to detail.
