I had a problem with the garage door. Within minutes of me issuing a Maintenance report and sending an email regarding my concern a response was given along with instructions. A few moments later the repair company contacted me to set up an appointment for the very next day. The technician showed up on time, corrected the problem and was on his way. I was very impressed with the response turn around. It is good to know they valued my safety and took responsibility for the issue.
