They are horrible with keeping up with their portal on claims submitted. I have submitted a ticket online in regards to my sprinklers and doors in April 2023. To this day June 2023 no one has reached out or came by my house to resolve my issues.to make it worse they closed my ticket as “completed” when no one has even contacted me about it. I have made complaints to Rayne L. and Jered P.. When I do hear from them all I get is excuses. For example the excuses are “ sorry that our employee has not reached out he’s new!”. Multiple employees, including Warranty Management, Construction Management, and Sales Management, have reached out to this homeowner to address her concerns. There have been several notated conversations with multiple employees since this home was closed in September 2022. The sprinkler mapping question was addressed by our Warranty team as well as the Landscaping contractor. We also have an appointment set currently to adjust her doors.
