I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Blueground was a litany of avoidable problems and indifferent customer service: 1. Non-stop banging noise = zero sleep Every evening, as soon as the building’s heating system kicked on, a loud metal-on-metal banging echoed through the bedroom wall. The noise was so intense it shook the headboard and made sleeping—or even holding a phone call—impossible. We have been charged 25k USD for 6 weeks in Chicago for this kind of run down flat. There has been so many issues that it is almost ridiculous to list them - from doors which don’t close, to bed sheets which don’t fit the beds, to electrical hasard, to broken toilet, to damaged walls in every room, to mismatched culteries and plates, to damaged floor, to dysfunctional appliances, not to mention the building maintenance completely subpar. It is a disgrace, never trust this company.
