Very disappointing experience with Blueground. We had a fixed-term contract, but it was terminated months before the agreed end date. After moving out, they also failed to meet the contractual deadline for returning our security deposit, and more than a month later, we are still waiting for our money. Communication has been slow and unclear. I would strongly recommend considering other alternatives before renting with Blueground.

The photographer who took the photos shown online deserves five stars—they were beautifully taken and made the property look bright, clean, and inviting. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was the complete opposite. Totally disgusting...it smells, it's dirty and old. This is after the website claimed that the pictures accurately represented the property.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the listing, and I did not encounter anything different from what was advertised. Blueground team has been very responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout the process. They followed up quickly whenever I reached out and supported me in resolving the issues.
