Great price and location was perfect
I have had a terrible experience with blueground. There were a million things wrong with our unit when we moved in that we asked to be addressed and they never did in our 9 months of living there. Now since moving out I'm being threatened to pay for a bunch of issues that were there previously. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get and terrible terrible customer service.
Cancelled a reservation and had to pay a month's worth of rent. Fine. Then they added $1,400 of fees on top of it. Avoid these clowns. EDIT: They lied in their reply. Not only did they charge a whole month's rent, they charged a non-refundable $671, AND they charged me for our pet fee, parking fee, and utilities. I didn't use any of this. In total, to cancel, I was charged about $4400. And they think this is excusable because in their pile of Terms of Service they legally covered themselves.
