Beautiful resort, nice room. Unfortunately terrible service at the restaurant Izac's- paid $50 for our meal to-go. Burgers were asked to be medium-well, came out rare, ordered a Cesar salad with hardly any dressing, and no avocado in the falafel.
All the staff was so friendly and welcoming. This was my husband and I honeymoon after 20 yrs and we couldn't have chose a better place!!
We absolutely love coming here! Its a great place for the family to unplug and just enjoy each other. There is so much to do at the resort that you dont have to leave and you'll have a great time. We do our big family (15people) vacation there every year. There is plenty of room for us all, lots to do, and the kids cant wait to return! The staff here is amazing, they make you feel at home no matter your request! We asked for a mixer for baking, high chair for little one, and they fixed our freezer, all with a smile!
