I called to schedule an appointment because my other office continued to double book appointments and I was constantly waiting 30min to an hour to be seen. This place told me the same thing will happen with them because they book everyone at one time and it is first come first serve. Wtf
I’ve been seeing a counselor here for over a month and I have felt welcome during each visit. Yes they push you out of your comfort zone, but in a safe environment which is what you need for healing. They make personalized treatment plans and treat you with respect. I recommend this place for anyone seeking a little extra guidance to needing a higher level of care.
