I waited for over an hour in the waiting room by myself sick as could be. They then put me in an exam room where I sat for 2 hours and 15 minutes without a single person coming in the room. I asked twice if a doctor was going to see me and they lied both times and said I was next. I then discovered that the "doctor" was giving a physical to someone that came in 1 1/2 hours after me. Dr. So is an AMAZING doctor. He is one doctor that my entire family trusts. He has a great bedside manner and puts his patients needs above all else. Some people are complaining about other staff or doctor's (some of which aren't even working there anymore), but I won't see anyone else because I trust Dr.so so much.. To me, this doctor's medical advice is the end all be all because I trust him so much.
This place does not care at all for patients. I went there on an evening because it's cheaper to go there than the emergency room. Won't make that mistake again no matter how much I have to pay. I went in because I was sick, my asthma was bothering me and I kept getting sharp unbearable pains in my head. The doctor only listened to my breathing. He completely ignored me both times I asked about the pain in my head. Said I just needed some cough medicine and an anti biotic. I left with no help, to get my medicine and they nev... read more
While driving through 9n vacation..needed a facility...wow what great service..great staff and Dr Gevedon.was awesome..when knew i was traveling..hit the issue hard and sent me happily on my way..staff at Kroger s pharmacy was awesome as Well..thanks to everyone I'm back on the road feeling much much better
AMAZING staff, even though I left AWFUL - quick, in and out in 45 minutes. Dr took the time to listen to me, my symptoms and history.
Worst place ever !!! Dr.Joshua kadetz is ABSOLUTELY the most cruelest , worst POS doctor i have ever dealt with.. Wouldnt recommend him to put a bandaid on a dying goat.. Please please spread the word....
This was the most professional and caring Dr and nurse I have ever met in the urgent care setting! I highly recommend this place.
