Ken and the team at Bluegrass are amazing. The video of the property truly highlighted some of the amazing things my almost 11 acres had to offer. I am amazed by the listing this gentleman has. Very beautiful land and small farm listings. I am not impressed by his teams follow-up. I do receive follow-up from some sites I visit, but if those sites do not identify the name of their company and where they are from, then I do not acknowledge them. That is why I only rated them 4 stars because I am unsure if they are one of the e mails I receive that do not identify themselves or if they just do not follow up.
We were looking at a video Brad Simmons posted. My God! Why was he going through these people’s cabinets? It was too invasive. You can be thorough without being invasive!
