This was my second time using Bluegrass Sleep to get my C-Pap supples and I can tell you it been a joy to deal with this Company than with Gould’s. First you get to talk to someone about supplies, with Gould’s they connect you with the department and then NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE‼️ Second Bluegrass knows how to bill your insurance properly. Gould’s billing department is a joke! I will be getting all my supplies from Bluegrass Sleep!

Horrible service! Also they are liars. I was talked into trying a different mask and guaranteed I could swap out the mask within 30 days. I contacted them 14 days later (two weeks of trial) and they had to order my original mask. I waited almost a month with not hearing anything so I called and they have no record of my replacement order and no record of who I talk to but ensured me they would “figure it out.” So then they call me this morning saying I talked to someone in their supply department apparently (when I called th... read more
