I just moved my son into 805 Press Avenue. The property manager is Matt Jones. I spoke to him on the phone from Atlanta then we drove up the next day. He had an apartment available for us to look at as soon as we arrived. Two hours later, we put in an application, were approved, paid the deposit and rent and had the keys ready to move in the next day. Me and my fiance have lived at one of Matt's properties for about a year and a half now. It has been a very good quality, safe, and stress free place to live! Matt is always on top of any situation and is very easy to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a trustworthy landlord and a quality place to live!
My fiance and I have lived in Bluegrass Rental Properties (Royalty ct) for about a year and a half. Matt is very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond! He fixes any issues in a timely manner which is vastly different from our past apartment experiences. Free cable and WIFI is a life saver when it comes to bills! Great place to live!
This is the most practical situation to be in. Our particular location is an absolutely perfect location for my wife and i. We work at u.k. Hospital and St. Jo. Main and all of the people who live in our place are good people! Matt is the most responsive and humble landlord ever! 9years at the same place!
