RecommendedI've never had any problems throughout my two years of renting from MVP apartments. I love how close these apartments are to the hospital and my college of nursing classes, as it is a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend renting!

While we no longer live in Lexington, KY, we rented a house through Bluegrass Rental Properties and Matt for a few years. He was the best landlord either of us had ever experienced. He was easy to connect with, addressed any concerns immediately, and gave us a heads up if he or someone else needed to stop by for any property reasons (I think this happened only once!). Definitely recommend finding a home through this company!

My fiancé and I have had a wonderful experience with this company for the past year living at Royalty Court apartments! Maintenance is fantastic and always prompt with responding to requests. Management is very transparent about all rules, policies, and issues surrounding the apartments. Very happy to be renewing with them next year!
I have lived in one of the buildings on Royalty Court for about 5 years now, and it has been great. The location is wonderful for walking to UK and the landlord is very responsive. I love that cable TV and internet are provided!

Moved in Summer 2017 and have had an amazing experience. The property at Royalty Court is at a great price and Matt is excellent at communicating and solving any issues that may arise. The neighborhood is quiet and this property is the perfect location and walking distance to campus, restaurants, and some stores! Perfect for undergraduate students who aren't looking for somewhere over the top, plus it's pet friendly with a deposit and my dog and I love it here!
