I called to get some prices for 3 meds and they are extremely rude and arrogant on the phone. Like they don’t wanna do business. For normal every day medications.
THEY ARE RACIST & DISRESPECTFUL THEY WONT PUT MY MONEY OR CARD IN MY HAND AFTER I HAND IT TO THEM AND HAVE A OPEN HAND WAITING WHEN CHANGE OR CARD IS RETURNED. THEY PUT MY CARD ON COUNTER FOR ME TO GET IT MYSELF. WHEN ASKED WHY THEY DID IT SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME AND WALKED AWAY
They’re very rude and racist towards blacks, they hang up the phone when all you ask is your medicine ready for pick up. Don’t do business with them
I work in a doctor's office and had to call them to inquire about a medication and they were unbelievably rude on the phone and hung up before I got an answer. Im glad more of my patients don't go there because I'd hate to deal with them often. Take your business elsewhere. Patient care should be prioritized above anything
