Hateful office staff, never have same day or even same week sick appointments, always tell you to “just go to the ER” (when it’s not an emergency but you’re sick enough you need to be seen), they argue with you about your own symptoms. I was told this morning, after making a sick appointment and then they called back and cancelled it 3 minutes later, that my appointments “take longer than most other people’s” and that I’m “always there at least 30 minutes” and “they just don’t have that kind of time any time soon”. I don't reccomend coming to this office.. They keep you waiting for weeks at a time to get in with a specialist, when you have serious issues and Dr. Johnson isn't "willing" to actually help anyone if it isn't up to her standards.. Even after knowing you've had 2 er trips, and a few different drs appointments.. will be trying to change my Dr even if it's just changing drs at the same office.
Very long wait times. I have never gotten out of there in less than 2 hours. Rude and unpleasant woman that works in the front (not sure of her name). Hard to get a same day appointment for sick children.
Absolutely horrible for many different reasons that I just brushed off but after my experience today I will never be back!!!
Was there today to see Dr.Johnson for a serious issue that has been going on for over a month and getting worse. Was called back quickly and after the nurse took my blood pressure I waited in the room for over 40 minutes!! I couldn’t wait any longer and decided to leave. Really upset that I had to wait that long and wasn’t even seen. I will continue to bring my daughter to see Dr.Knight since we have had a great experience with him but I will be going elsewhere unfortunately.
Had to transfer after 8 years because they could never get us in for sick visits and were booking several months out for well visits. I called to talk to a nurse on a Thursday about my sick child and they didn't call me back until Monday morning. We loved Dr. Knight but switched to Georgetown peds who have appts for sick kids, the same day instead of waiting several days. I know several friends that have recently had to switch because of the same issues. Def miss that small town office feel that we got when we first started ... read more
