Ok so has anyone else seen what is charged on the drug screen? I received a letter from.drug screen place in regards to my insurance switch.. it was over 6,000. WTH... it's done monthly and my part is $92. I swear that's the most expensive pee test ever.. I asked Shawn about this and she's like call the billing dept that doesn't seem right.. What good is a doctor you can't reach? I've gone here for 3 months. In early February, you were getting confirmation for a second epidural. Since then NOTHING! I was finally able to leave a message today after holding for 5 minutes. Not exactly patient care. Left another doctor who basically"quit" to come to Bluegrass. Afraid my search still isn't over for another pain doctor.
I've been seeing them for 2years no complaints. Wish they wud raise my pain meds higher than 5mg it barely helps injections help some but not complaining. It's not easy to get in pain management. Blessed to get help with the pain I go thru
Unprofessional office staff. Tried contacting Dr to discuss issue. One time there was/is enough to know not to go back & to spread the word. Dutchmans/Breckenridge location.
