RecommendedAll the staff is amazing, I cannot think dr. Nelson enough for being patient with me when I’m in pain and irritable. He takes his time with all his patients and I appreciate the bedside manor from him and all his staff. I highly recommend bluegrass if your look for someone who genuinely cares about you and your well being.
If i could give 0 stars i would these people think its funny to play with peoples lives. Had an appointment today and went in only to be told my appt was cancelled and now im left with no medications and going thru withdrawal. The receptionist laughed at me. Yeah i will be laughing when the govt closes them down and they are im jail. Stay clear of this joke of an office. And im sure Dr Nelson that you will delete this post but dont you worry i will have the last laugh when you are sitting in prison.
This place has screwed its patients because they decided to do something illegal. Went in today to see about getting a appointment or my prescription, was told the earliest appointment would be in September and they will not fill any prescriptions without you seeing a doctor. How is this right? And, I got a release letter and found out law enforcement still has all patients records so I couldn't even get those. This place is a joke and I see tons of lawsuits coming their way.
Canceled appointments without notice. Refusal of care.
Went there today 7/10/18 for appointment. Office closed sign said not seeing anymore patients today. Received call yesterday confirming appt.Out of meds and in pain. Wish there was something I could do!
Can someone please let me know if you hear anything? I've been calling since 8:00am and haven't gotten through. They were supposed to be open today and I am so worried. Is there another phone number I can try? Has anyone else gotten through to them? Thanks in advance.
I go to one in Lagrange & they are the nicest people... but also the most strict which is good.
