I used the adapt health close to my home . My Autistic son received the CPAP on Jan 7 and a payment plan was set up for the remaining deductible of $82/ m. On Jan 30, a week earlier than they was supposed to they took out 3x the agreed payment. When I tried to call of course they was closed , because they took the payment out after closing hours. This company was referred to us when my Father in law was released from the hospital. We have tried for nearly 2 weeks to get this company to deliver the right oxygen type for us to travel to the appointments we need to travel to however, this has been the worse experience. They state our doctors office needs to provide more info. Our doctors office provided the needed info and this company STILL has not delivered what we need. This company is the worst when trying to receive your equipments. At first I had to call 4 ways to get them to talk to someone in my doctors office in order to get my equipment because they refuse to contact my doctor awhile back. Now it took them a month to finally ship my equipment only to find out they sent it to the wrong address. I really wish I could switch to another company. It seems like there are too much laziness in this company.
The billing department is absolutely the worst. I spoke with some dude that would not take the time to actually work to solve a problem. His attitude was…. You owe, you owe, you owe. Thank God the Lexington office was most helpful, and when out of their way to resolve the issue.
Daphane and Hannah were OUTSTANDING…I knew nothing, when I walked in and I walked out, with the supplies I needed and knowledge, to use those supplies, to have a better quality, of life! I can NOT thank them enough!!! -Randy
