They call every 3 months like clockwork to get me my new supplies. They help with understanding how it all works and make sure I have great equipment all of the time. Thank you Bluegrass Oxygen!
They are more concerned about the money then there patients.
One of the worst healthcare supply companies I have ever dealt with. Having done business with them for 5 years I have nothing good to say about them. They don't call you when you are due for CPAP supplies, they don't return phone calls and worst of all their customer service is horrible. When the president of the company commits to something and renegs that is a good example of how unreliable they are. Twice now they have sent me the wrong tube, despite me telling them on the phone specifically what type I needed. I will be switching to a different company.
