It’s always good service when I go there. I love the reception and the nurses. Always kind, friendly, respectful, and supportive. Glad they’re my go to for services.
Was recommended to come here by my employer when I was looking to find a primary care provider. Called to make appointments for my wife and I and the receptionist acted VERY irritated and annoyed when I tried to ask a couple of questions. My wife had a similar experience when she called with the same person. Management needs to be aware of stuff like this unless they just don't want patients to come here!
Dr. Padilla is the single saving grace of this clinic. She is kind, informative, and helpful. All other doctors and staff need to be let go, honestly. I've never been harassed about blood work the way I have been here. I'm sure it's a money grab with Medicaid, but it got to the point where I was refused treatment/prescriptions over refusing blood work by other doctors. I've lost faith in the provider and have decided to go elsewhere. There have been misdiagnosed and undiagnosed conditions, prescription refills not sent in, and claims not sent to insurance. After 5 years as a patient, it's time to move on.
