I was a patient here for about a year and really liked the doctor ......however some of the staff (i.e. the receptionist....one of the nurses.... some of the lab techs) were VERY rude!!!! I just want people in Healthcare to think about the people you SERVE and the CARE you opted in for AND how you want to be treated yourself AND IF YOU HAVE THE CAPACITY.....to be respectful and kind OR find another job.....plain and simple!!
You could be like 90 and ask for something for insomnia and wouldn't get a thing..Sad and depressing place for health needs!
AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! Dr Padilla is an ok doctor, but her office staff are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and next level rude. They are absolutely incompetent and have messed my prescriptions up too many times to count. Then, they are SUPER RUDE when I call to ask them to help me fix THEIR mistake, and just rude and nasty in general. I can't recall being treated this poorly by any business before.
