We have been in Bluegrass Meadows since July and we have no street lights in our area. It’s now November getting dark earlier and this section is still in the dark. I have contacted Fischer Homes numerous times and I have been told we are working on it. They don’t care about the issue because they don’t live here. I have daughters and this place isn’t safe for them or anyone that encounters this darkness. I have dealt with many issues from day 1. Jordon, the Construction Manager at Bluegrass Meadows has continued to be very helpful even after my closing. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. He always gets the job done even though his plate is aways full. He has been amazing to work with! It is preferred that an appointment is made. There is a model home but to be assured that you have enough time to go through all the information necessary, make that appointment! The model we looked at was gorgeous and had a spacious basement. Prices are really affordable and the neighborhood has a community center which includes a pool for neighborly socializing.
