Over the past few years, my husband and I have had both good and bad visits with Bluegrass. The clinic is good for a quick in and out visit but it falls short with follow through. My husband and I have both has visits where we were charged for lab work that was not requested. For our health insurance, we are required to have a WellCare check. I had the horrible misfortune, of getting so called Dr. Blewett, I have had a heart attack, this woman, held my heart medications hostage, I would have to go see her EVERY month just to get my meds. I can not tell you the anxiety this caused me. She knew I had to have them, yet would never give me refills, , Money ( office calls seemed much more important to her, than my well being. I was so happy to get away from her, I now have a wonderful Dr. I would not recommend taking a dog to her.
Receptionist was rude and very unwelcoming, nurse was kind, but the doctor I saw was absolutely horrible. Dr. Bleuitt wouldn't even let me talk to explain my issues and made me feel extremely bad about myself and my issues with depression and anxiety. If you are needing treatment for a sinus infection or something very basic, I'd say this place is okay, but for overall care like they claim to be able to treat is not an option at that place.
i can't express the satisfaction and trust that i have in Dr.G. however i was told today that he is leaving bluegrass... what's going on? if he leaves i will be truly disappointed...
My honest review of this clinic is: 1. When it first opened before they took on a huge patient base the all-around service was excellent. However, in the last year or so the quality of service has diminished. 2. I still feel all of their physicians are thorough and caring. 3. The problems lie with the desk/appointment/referral staff that answers (fails to answer) the lines. My personal experience gives me the impression that they lack medical knowledge all around.
