The Dr. was knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the hearing exam & hearing aid options very well.
Dr. Missy was welcoming from the onset. My hearing tests were thoroughly explained, as were the many device options, based on my hearing status. Costs and financing were given without any pressure to decide on what worked best for me. Felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process!
