Worst experience ever! Would not take my dog there. Get treated like your a nobody from the start. Very poor service. Embarrassed to even say there’s a hospital in Versailles
Stay away from here. Took my 4 year old here because it was by our house. He cut his foot so they put staples in his foot. The doctor said to come back to the same place in 10 days for them to remove and there would be no charge. (Ok cool because that’s standard anyway to not be charged for that). So after all of this, we get a bill for the service. Planned to pay it. Days later we received another bill for $240 for the staples removal. Yes you can imagine how upset I would be. RecommendedThis hospital will be my first choose before anywhere. They went above and beyond to help me !! Forever grateful!! I've been to various hospitals over the yrs and I've never had a hospital to call me and let me know that what they at first prescribed for me wouldn't work and they called in something else for me that would. I'm just amazed!! Thank you Bluegrass Community Hospital for taking such great care of me!!
ER Staff was great an made me feel like they really did care about me...ER Dr. was a great Dr..I highly recommend this hospital 😁❤

The nurses, Dr and staff were great! They got us back immediately. The Dr saw us very quickly and had us in and out.
After never-ending wait times at the big city ERs, we headed to Versailles, where my child was FINALLY diagnosed correctly (so much for the big city docs) and treated and recovered. We have always had success at Bluegrass Community hospital, and yes, it is an older facility, but the staff are very caring and patient, and they helped my daughter get well when she was very very sick.
Rude ER nurses, doctor doesn't even care to listen to why you are there.
