RecommendedAll of the staff at Bluegrass Chiro are very nice and efficient. My primary care doctor had told me that a lot of my pain was just a part of aging (I’m 65) and the pain I felt while trying to lift my Mom after she fell could not be fixed. But I knew I had to try something, so I went to Bluegrass Chiro and was amazed at the progress after one visit. Dr Barber has made such a huge improvement in my back that I am totally amazed. I highly recommend everyone to go see them one time. You will be glad you did.
RecommendedDr Paul Ragusa not only knows his stuff, but also communicates his findings and treatment plans to his patients in such an understandable way. So well, that even this Optometrist can follow it. I recently had a horrible muscle spasm in my lower back the day before a 4 day conference in which I would be driving for long spells, loading and unloading items for my booth, and standing on my feet for 10 hour days. Without Dr Paul’s help, I wouldn’t have been able to attend. Thanks for being a lifesaver!

She always helps me out at watching her when I have no babysitter ( Shes so good with kids) and Katie is so amazing at her job as well, if you havent already booked with her I would truly advise to!🤗
RecommendedI was once a skeptic of chiropractic care. I encourage you to do some research and see just how effective proper chiropractic treatment is for so many common ailments! The doctors and staff here are topnotch professionals, and I wholeheartedly put my family's health in the hands of Dr. Truemon. He truly cares about each patient--he listens, explains his findings, and takes a very skilled and intuitive approach to treatment. I've experienced extraordinary, amazing results under his care, and so has my husband and daughter.
