I would first like to begin by saying, I am not the type of person to place bad reviews. However, I mean it wholeheartedly when I say to PLEASE do your research when you are looking for a hospice company. This began in September of 2024, my mom was being sent home on hospice. This place was honestly a god sent. In a blink of an eye, our mother became “end of life” status within a couple of short days. She went from thriving, loving life to the end of her life, out of the blue, which left us blinded and clueless to a lot. We chose to have her taken here to finish her hours in comfort and I’m so glad we did. The staff went above and beyond with compassion, care, and understanding. I got Introduce to this bluegrass place because I needed a little help with my electric and because I'm a recovering addict nobody wants to take the chance but bluegrass did I will forever be grateful and try to pay it forward
My dad was there for about a week they were so nice to me and my family they made sure we were comfortable while we stayed there with him. I could never thank them enough .Such a great place . Even the front door security was super nice.Thank you Bluegrass care Navigators so much ..
