Have enjoyed Bluegrass dozens and dozens of times, introduced it to at least 10 others who all started going on their own over the years. We lived the place and raves about it in person and online, but when they changed hands, got rid of the incredible local grass-fed beef and the delicious Bison, too, out hearts sunk. Glad we enjoyed it while we could. We’ll miss it terribly and will no longer be going there to what once was our fave burger place in Louisville.
The Luau was amazing, sweet potato fries were awesome and the staff was friendly and helpful. Tons of condiment options, too. Cool place.
Still a burger place, but the atomsphere and the fun have changed. I heard there are new owners. It is obvious. Service was great and quick. But there are no more bison burgers or a toppings bar. �
We have eaten here many times over the past few years but hadn't been in a while. We visited yesterday to see that the entire menu has changed. The burger was awful, not at all what it used to be. The meat, the bun, none of it was good. I always looked forward to their yummy sweet potato fries too and I barely ate any because they were so terrible. We were told they were under new ownership. One of our family's favorite places to grab a burger in a casual environment.
First visit to Bluegrass Burgers; folks were friendly, food was fantastic and fast. Cooked to order burgers; fresh never frozen, a real treat.
Love the pub haus burger! New menu is great and staff was friendly like always
