Kyle was extreme polite and helpful. My vehicle was returned washed and with an oil change in only 30 minutes. Very happy with my service.
I had to have my car towed on a wed. Told it would not be looked at until a week later. Then part delays another 9 day delay. I have used BMW service for years and never had such a delay. I did not ask for but should have asked for a loner. Had no clue re the delays.
This is a long past due post regarding my service experience at Bluegrass BMW. Each and every visit has been a professional and valuable experience thanks to Kyle and his ability to make it a seamless and expeditious process. Its become an enjoyable time even if it's only to get the oil changed! He's excellent at his job and it adds greatly to the pleasure of owning a BMW.
Super friendly staff willing to work for us! Aimee and Isaac was great to deal With Along with the finance department I can't remember the name though.
