I can not say enough how amazing Dr. Greisner, Kristen Evans and the entire staff is at Bluegrass Allergy Care. They are kind, professional, attentive, thorough, and overall the best doctor's office I have encountered as a patient! I highly recommend this office to my friends and family!!
Very informative, was seen in a timely manner, and friendly staff!
Did not like this place at all. The staff was all rude and felt very dismissive. The front desk lady she was the only one who was so sweet. The worse was the lady who took me back and asked the questions/did the testing.. she had NO bed side manner, no facial expressions except pissed off.. she had no personality to be working with patients 1:1.. felt so uncomfortable with her when just trying to talk as she looks at you like you have 3 heads.. and looks you up & down 5 times. Staff is very friendly and I never have a problem getting my allergy medicine filled all it takes is a simple call very great
