We do not recommend working with this company. What was supposed to be a same-day local delivery was changed to a next-day delivery without any notice from the broker. We only found out after contacting the warehouse ourselves, who informed us that the appointment had been canceled and rescheduled. Our dispatcher made multiple attempts to call and email for updates but received no response or it took long hours for someone to get back to us. Calls consistently went straight to voicemail. This company is very rude and has a terrible attitude towards its carriers. The receiver couldn’t get us offloaded so we had to re tarp and secure to bring it to another site taking a total of three hours to get us offloaded and when trying to get in touch with the broker was next to impossible every one that answered was incredibly rude and disrespectful please stay away from this company.
Garbage company. You call on a posting and wait, then somebody hangs up on you. Glad I didn't help them with capacity in the past. Rancid.
