Did a load for them 3 months ago and I have SPAM emailed them and called them. All attempted have been ignored. I filed a claim on their bond and even their bond company said the process will take a long time. Don’t do work with these guys unless you want to work for free.
The broker who is knowingly setting you up on the load where he knows that you won't be able to make it to 2nd stop and then to deliver it on Thursday and that you will be sitting far away from home over the weekend until Tuesday, is not worth of your time. It's coming from a guy that has nothing against TQL.
We do not recommend working with this company. What was supposed to be a same-day local delivery was changed to a next-day delivery without any notice from the broker. We only found out after contacting the warehouse ourselves, who informed us that the appointment had been canceled and rescheduled. This company is very rude and has a terrible attitude towards its carriers. The receiver couldn’t get us offloaded so we had to re tarp and secure to bring it to another site taking a total of three hours to get us offloaded and when trying to get in touch with the broker was next to impossible every one that answered was incredibly rude and disrespectful please stay away from this company.
Garbage company. You call on a posting and wait, then somebody hangs up on you. Glad I didn't help them with capacity in the past. Rancid.
