I have worked with many brokers in 20 years, but working with Karlee Cruz here in Blue Grace is the best experience ever. She resolves quickly with any issues you may have at the shipper or receiver. She is very professional and has constant communication. I have never worked with a brokers that genuinely cares about the carrier.
