Had very bad experience on produce loads. They do not compensate drivers for lost days at shippers or receivers on produce loads, and act unprofessional, so just skip booking produce loads with them, as time will be wasted and can get even deduction on ratecon, as they have on time delivery notes huge amount on every RC. Just avoid booking produce loads with them, as you can only lose days, not get paid for it, and offering 0 help from brokers!
Detention time avoiding to pay, avoiding to communicate after we delivered the load, these people are garbage! I m not giving them paperwork! I will call customer for direct pay not from this idiots! This comment 100% correct. Please don’t pick up load for them otherwise you will be very upset.
