I love everything about the Blue Fern....Trin does my hair.....Tamara does my facials! The spa has the most wonderful clothing & bags I can grab as well. Nothing negative about the Blue Fern in Suwanee! all smiles!
It's fine unless they butcher your hair. Then all of the sudden the customer service sucks and people are rude. Take responsibility for your mistakes when you make them instead of blaming the client. I will never go here.
If I could give this place a ZERO... I would. I've gone to see Trin and Deb for 8 years and when she and a few others moved to this location I followed. I recently had a bad hair coloring in Utah and the blonde was an orange and it was a straight line of color and not a faded coloring into my darker roots. It was a great experience. Very relaxing and a nice facility. We really enjoyed our half day - and the salt room was so great! My massage therapist Lidya was fabulous.
First time at this Spa and I will be back! Lovely set-up for Couples Massage and everything was top notch from beginning to end. Highly recommend Bluefern Spa!
I like the clean and friendly atmosphere and especially like my stylust, Leslie. I have been with Leslie for many years and she never disappoints. I like my brow girl, Danelle and always enjoy shopping in the unique boutique, a great place to pick up unusual gifts. This salon offers just about everything you need.
Colleen does a fantastic job with hair and color! She takes a lot of time understanding what you want and executing. She has a great eye for style and knows the best cut for your hair type and lifestyle. Always on time and very professional! Highly recommend Colleen!
