Horrible phone service! I was left listening to a barrage of health tips in an endless loop.
We just switched to BCBS in January & I cannot brag enough about the quality of customer service I’ve received since. The first experience I had was with Jamila J. And she went ABOVE & BEYOND to send me a list of specialty pharmacies and help be find savings on my meds so that they were affordable. She was so sweet & so helpful. When I needed to switch pharmacies, I spoke with Khajah M. and she spent HOURS with me & the pharmacies on the phone to get that setup. When you put in your email and phone number on their website to request more information, they sell your info and you will start to get a TON of spam emails and phone calls. Someone even used our email to log into our Best Buy account and buy an iPad with our saved payment method the day after we gave BCBS our email address. Do not give them your info!!
