Beth was wonderful to work with . I was a first time home buyer and was nervous about calling a realtor because I thought they tended to have pushy personalities. Beth was not pushy at all. Beth helped my wife and me find a great home in Wilmington, negotiate an offer, and close on it quickly. We would work with Beth again. As out-of-town buyers we appreciated Beth's ability to work with Internet tools such as realtor listing sites and email to communicate with us and help us get prepared for visits to Wilmington to view properties. Kirby is very responsive. Keeps in touch without being contacted first. Kept me informed about all details of the process. Very patient when dealing with friends and family of the seller. Diplomatic in negotiations however is politely persistent to achieve the goals of his client. Honest. Always prompt and consistently on time/schedule.

I languished for 3 months struggling with renovation contractors to negotiate pricing to sell. (This home needed complete renovations and repairs) After the 3rd failed sale I contacted Beth to list the property. After 2 weeks I had a contract and a price substantially higher than anticipated. This is a review for Mr. David Dougherty who is an agent/property manager of BlueCoast. If we could give less than one star we would! David Dougherty of DDH Realty served as a property manager for our newly purchased home in November of 2016 to present. He was responsible for finding renters, collecting rent and safeguarding our possessions.
