Well I just want to say that I've lived here at blue bonnet estates now for 4 years n could not be happier. Norma has really done a great job in cleaning this place up. I'm a hairstylist here in kyle and come across a lot of kyle police officers in my chair n we start talking n I tell them where I live n they comment on how Norma has really cleaned up the place n has made it a lot safer for families. TERRIBLE SERVICE/TERRIBLE PEOPLE – I have lived here for several years now, and I need to point out that management is absolutely missing from the property. I know many people had high hopes when Steven Thomas(owner) came back into the daily operation of the park. Then he replaced the office manager and it looked like we were on the right path. Major Change – I have lived at bluebonnet estates for 6 years now. Lets just say the comment below justifys how the property was ran a year ago. Recently the office has undergone new management and now I can rest my head at night without worries. The community itself is litterfree and clutter free, if you have a maintenance request you no longer have to wait days and days for someone to hopefully show up. They get things done in the proper time frame and have really made the community a much better place.
Dosent provide proper service – Hi, I just moved in and I have had notting but bad service. I call to the office I even go in person and they always told me the same thing, "I will deal with it first thing tomorrow morning." After repeated calls and two or three days, they send out someone to cheeck the situation just so the person that they send over say thats the best I can do.
